Collaboration: It's time to obtain a diagnosis and receive appropriate treatment. I recommend collaboration between a dermatologist and a rheumatologist in order to achieve these goals expeditiously as the skin symptoms and joint symptoms may well be part of the same systemic illness.

Let us correct: Things, there is difference between sacrum and coccyex, the sacrum on the top of coccyex, no you can not crack them.

Follow-up needed: This could be due to muscle spasms caused by picking up something. Try warm compressess and showers, and over the counter pain relievers. If not better or getting worse go to an Urgent Care center or see your Physicain.

Neck & back cracking: Deliberately cracking your neck or back on your own may not be a good idea & could potentially lead to complications. If your neck or back crack or pop simply by turning or twisting with no other symptoms, it can be lift alone.

Yes: You may benefit from a course of low back exercises. I would recommend an evaluation with your doctor to see if physical therapy can be prescribed. You also may benefit from anti-inflammatory medication, as long as the medication is safe for you to take.

Evaluation needed: I can't tell you why you are having so much back pain at your age.  See your doctor or chiropractor for an evaluation and find out what is going on.  Then start on a good exercise program designed to strengthen you back and core.  The chiropractor or md can make recommendations for programs that will help you.  Take care of yourself now  and you will minimize problems later in life.

i have severe cocyxx pain i can't sit  walk it has debilitated my life and i'm afraid there's nothing they can do its right in the middle of my crack ?

A difficult problem.: I see you are on strong pain meds. Use a Ring Cushion to sit on, which is known to help. Gradual stretching exercises are helpful. Surgical removal 
of part of coccyx maybe an option for chronic cases where nothing else has worked.
