Dry peeling penis: May be yeast infection. Try clotrimazole cream( if no allergy)  Also check  glucose   penile yeast infection may be sign of diabetes. Would also treat for mycoplasma/ ureoplasma, strep ( and GC chlamydia) with  Zithromax( if no allergy)  500 mg qd x 3 then 1/2 qd x4 For CPPS consider adding  Flagyl , Rocephin and Bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) if no allergy. Consider using lubricant like KY gel/ astroglide before sex

Urethra  pain: has many causes.  Has a urologist evaluated you? Are you sure it is CPPS, chronic pelvic pain synd?  Has a  kidney ultrasound  and cystoscopy been performed?

: Itching of the urethra rarely the only symptom of either CPPS or urethritis, especially CPPS with pain as the main symptom. If you have urethral discharge or burning urination, the infectious etiology needs to be ruled out. If you have isolated itching, you only watch that symptom for now.

:  It is unusual to be treated with both doxycycline and azithromycin. That antibiotic combination might lead to yeast infection, which might explain the urethral stinging. Return to your doctor if it continues. Itching etc may be anxiety. No STD is a likely explanation of any of these symptoms.

Chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS, the preferred name for non-infectious or "nonspecific" prostatitis) is discomfort probably caused by pelvic muscle tension (similar to tension headaches). It is not due to any infection.
