Difficult: This question (and the related one you asked) are very difficult because i don't have enough data.  The short answer is 'yes, maybe', but normal CPK and aldolase rule out a lot of possible muscle diseases.  You may need a spine MRI to evaluate possible spinal cord disorders, but your physicians (especially i hope a neurologist) can best judge the nature of your problem and how to investigate it.

Yes: There are many enzyme deficiency syndromes and types of muscle metabolic disorders. You may need to travel to a university medical center to get specific testing done. Was a muscle biopsy performed. Be aware that conditions such as fibromyalgia produce burning pain as well as tingling sensations in the hands and feet.

Ouch: Hard to say. Maybe someone called it fibromyalgia which is a pain syndrome without a good explanation. Sounds like over-the-counter pain meds haven't helped. There are pills like Gabapentin that help for various nervy pain problems. Maybe ask about it.

Pain: I wonder if there may be psychological issues that are contributing to the picture. Do you by chance suffer from depression/anxiety or something like that? I see Klonopin (clonazepam) in your medication list and wonder if that indicates an anxiety related problem.

Depends: Most muscle disease in elevation of CPK if their is muscle damage. Early muscle with minimal damage in normal renal function may have normal cpk.

Muscle injury: CPK (an old term) is a marker of injury to muscle, be it skeletal, cardiac or smooth muscle.  Aldolase is a non-specific marker of tissue injury and does not add any more information.  Why did you have the tests done? What were the findings of other tests?

Likely muscle injury: Creatine kinase and aldolase would both be elevated after a muscle injury. 
Ck can also be elevated in kidney failure.
Adolase can be sub-classified into a, b and c which helps differentiate from which tissue the high levels came.

Skeletal muscle : Ck or CPK is the best test for muscle breakdown. Alsolsae can be occasionally elevated in patients with myositis who have normal ck levels. Ldh isoenzymes, transaminases, & ck isoenzymea are other tests, but unlikely to be of value if CPK & aldolase are normal. Measuring inflammatory markers & serological studies may help narrow the possibilities. Sometimes a nerve study +/- biopsy are needed.

my rheumatoid factor is 10, c3 134, c4 36, cpk 690, crp 4.2, ccp 8.0, aldolase 7.1 . the 6 tests in ena antibodies are all .2. what does all this mean?

: These tests are usually ordered when their is concern for some type of autoimmune condition. Red flags lend support to an autoimmune diagnosis but are not diagnostic in isolation as they must be interpreted in the context of the medical history &amp; examination. Seeing as I do not know the reason you pursued these tests, it would be best to direct this question to your prescribing doctor.
