: Pregnancy requires that fertile sperm get inside the female genitals, traverse the vagina to enter the cervix &amp; go from there to the fallopian tubes. Sperm require a selectively perfect environment to survive &amp; their mobility is very limited. If you decide that sperm somehow got inside you could get pregnant. If not you won't.

Many causes: The most common cause with birth control pills is missed pills. Other bc can cause irregularity. Pregnancy is one possibility, and there are many others-- infections, stds, a cervical or uterine polyp, fibroids, and other causes including precancerous or even cancer.  See your doctor to be sure.  If it's vaginal bleeding, it's not likely to be caused by anal sex--which can cause rectal bleeding.

Any activities in the wrong hole do not lead to pregnancy (unless other activities happen "in the heat of the moment"). As an aside, if one is able to take birth control pills, they prevent pregnancy quite well regardless of what sexual activities are going on.
