Possible Hernia: Hernias in the groin (inguinal or femoral hernias) or pelvic area,  more common in men than women, are generally located to 1 side or the other, near leg crease or above. They can rarely occur more centrally.  But this is unusual. The best place to begin is with your family physician for exam and diagnosis. Referral to a gynecologist or surgeon thereafter may be appropriate if hernia is suspected.

This : This is a general surgery question not orthopedics. You should consult a general surgeon to discuss the situation. It is not common for a female to have an inguinal hernia. The canal being smaller may put you at a higher risk of incarceration of the hernia. That would be an emergency situation.

I doubt it: Women rarely have inguinal hernias - that's usually a guy-thing. This pressure sensation makes me think you may be having a combination of constipation and a rectocele, causing an out-pouching of the rectum into the vagina with difficulty passing stool. It sounds like you may need an exam to sort out your pelvic anatomy, especially if you are having pain or bowel/bladder functional difficulties.

PELVIC JOINTS: Instability of one or more pelvic joints can cause a pain patten of both "hernia" and vaginal pain.  Laxity of the symphysis pubis joint can cause these discomforts.  Osteopaths are good diagnosticians of these types of problems.  If there is concern for an " hernia", you should get a second surgical opinion.

i just had hernia traditional surgery and under my stomache and on my vagina hood been itching me badly and its like dark spots and i notice some but white heads. also my surgeon and his team after first follow up they left staples after2visits ! ?

If local: anesthesia was used the the numbness may be due to that or the localized swelling depolarizing the peripheral nerves.  that should improve with time but am concerned about the "warm" you mention.  If she has a fever of 101 degrees F then call the surgeon;s service for advice.  Post operative temps are not uncommon within a couple days of surgery but beyond that not so much.
