Such passage is often a signal of fetal distress. Meconium is formed from swallowed amnionic fluid, intestinal secretions such as bile, & cellular debris. It can continue to accumulate throughout fetal development.

Speculative: Mid-twenties female with 6th pregnancy and low back pain likely has pain generated by hypermobile sacroiliac joints (sij) caused by pelvic mass, secretion of ligament-relaxing hormone relaxin, and 5 prior pelvic mechanical insults.  Joint hypermobility syndrome (see brighton criteria) might potentiate this. An sij belt might help, ; an ostetrician should be consulted for other possible causes.

Prenatal testing: If it is an isolated finding, and there are no other abnormalities in the heart, pulmonary hypertension can't be seen prenatally.

Sounds like GI: It sounds like you're having an upper GI problem.  The sensation you are having may be excessive gas.  If the burps are sour that sounds like reflux and you may want to start some omeprazol (over the counter generic prilosec) and gas x.  If associated with pain, you might want to see you family doctor for additional testing.

if a pregnant woman found out that the child inside of her womb had wilms' tumor, what treatment would the doctor give her?

Wait, if possible: A prenatal diagnosis of wilms is quite rare. Unless a biopsy was performed to confirm diagnosis, there are other entities that can look like wilms but are not. Kidney masses can sometimes cause premature labor or distress to the fetus, so it needs to be carefully monitored. After the child is born, then a definitive diagnosis can be made and treatment can be initiated (could be surgery, or more).
