Well you definitely: inhaled the product. Odds are it will eventually clear out of your. It is unlikely but not impossible that you have caused permanent damage. Not too much you can do now. Next time follow the safety warnings. They are there for a reason.

i was spray painting the last few days without a mask. i took in a lot of fumes. my right side of chest is sharp and i feel fuzzy. hard to breath deep?

Pneumonitis: Please consult your doctor immediately and get a thorough evaluation. Stay away from any substance which will further irritate the lungs.

Seek attention: At a minimum you should have an exam and probably a chest xray to evaluate your symptoms. Depending on the type of paint you were using, there can be an acute lung injury.

Check vital signs: Please see urgent care and have an evaluation including a respiratory examination. Please monitor your temperature, drink fluids and rest.

Go to ER: Yes, go to the er.  It's not clear that you've poisoned yourself, but it sounds like your lungs & airways are reacting to the paint you've been spraying.  Was this indoors, and were you wearing a mask?  Do you already have asthma?  Er doctors can assess and help you.

Any canned anything one should read the lable carefully, and use accordinly.

Immediate: suffocation is possible,if the concentration is high enough.Intoxication is likely.Repeated exposure can cause permanent damage.If you survived this exposure,you are going to be ok.Just avoid this scenario in the future by taking proper precautions &amp; by better ventilation and wearing proper equipment.

i was spray painting in my house. it was for about 20 minutes.  we are airing out the house and i have been outside what else can i do?

Sounds like: you are doing the right things....Interior paints may SMELL a good deal but they do not contaminate the air you breathe! (Latex, (the major content of inside paint), 
particles are too large to enter the deeper portions of our lungs. HOWEVER wearing a mask or using BRUSH only is probably the best way to do interior decorating!

No: I am really sorry that someone troubled you over this. You are young and you have a praiseworthy concern for your health. But this kind of fear is unrealistic and can make you unable to function as an adult. You cannot and should not want to avoid all volatile chemicals. Put this away and live fully.

Yes: All paints have chemicals that can be hazardous. Pain in your chest after exposure could be from your lungs or your heart. Make sure you use proper respiratory protection (check the manufacturer's instructions). You should also consider getting evaluated by a doctor to make sure you don't have a heart problem.
