does contrllo or proton pump inhibtor cause drop beat and tachyardia and if it was from it 
when the side effect will end rom stop using it?

PPI side effect: Hi, Palpitation is not one of the listed side effect for PPIs, but acid reflux could cause palpitation. 
If you have palpitation you might want to check with ur MD to find out what causing it.

22 year old girl with an eating disorder and adhd. i am on prozac 20 mg and constella for constipation. use ephedrine for 2 years, want to stop. is it ok cold turkey?
diagnosed with adhd and concerta 54 mg does absolutely nothing to me. help?

ADHD: There are no good tests for ADHD and it is thus overdiagnosed.  Discuss with your team. Your family is the best judge if meds are helping.  Go to uptodate.com and read more. Eating disorder is too broad of a term. Be more specific next time.

See rheumatologist: Have you seen a board certified rheumatologist?  There are sero-negative arthropathies (conditions that test negative  in lab test.  Do you live around deer-lynes disease is another condition -if worked up by above and a negative, reccomed staying as physically active as possible and if persists 3-4 months seek a second opinion

Osteitis pubis: Inflammation of the pubic symphysis or osteitis pubis may or may not respond to dietary supplements. To my knowledge there is no evidence that dietary supplements change the symptoms of this condition. However dietary supplements such as those used for osteoarthritis,  may provide relief. Some patients report released with supplements such as chondroitin and glucosamine.

Not good: Sorry but I do not know how to see your profile 
but what you describe is a reasonably bad fracture of the knee joint with displaced fracture of the outside part of the tibia at the knee 
this needs attention of an orthopedic surgeon.
