Doubtful: Some like this product as a drying agent.I find it just another source of food for hungry bacteria that sit on the skin surface.Add a little moisture from sweat & baby can breed many germs.Like any product it may work for some, i just don't recommend it.

Pain: A corneal tear or abrasion is very painful.  The cornea has many nerve endings and when scratched or torn can be very painful.  Corneal abrasions should be seen and treated as infections can develop that may lead to scarring and permanent vision loss.

See below.: Put them where no one can see them. Wear a scarf or ascot , turn your collar up, wear turtleneck or apply lots of makeup (which is usually pretty obvious).

Advanced skin: There is a product called advanced skin any brand would do - the one by johnson and johnson can help - this will  be thicker than bandage and be left for 3 days on skin. The concealer would irritate the skin and make you look puffier.

Pachymetry: Corneal thickness which plays a role in several diseases of the eye, is measured currently with device termed a pachymeter. This uses a timed pulse of ultrasound which reflects off the top and bottom layers of the cornea which then is computed for that time to produce a digital readout of the corneal thickness.

Cornea problem: There is no such thing as corneal detachment.  You are likely describing corneal thinning.  In a superior location, this could be terrien's marginal degeneration, keratoconus, or other corneal disease.  You need to see a cornea specialist.
