Citalopram: Citalopram is a fantastic drug that is tolerated well by most patients.  I'm unsure how you'd define "harmless" ... But, in general, the response to most antidepressants can be some dry mouth, nausea and changes in sleep patterns. These side effects tend to be short lived and if they're bothering you can be easily managed by your psychiatrist.  Hope that helps!

: It depends on dose and its absorption- The effects should go away in 2-3 days but  it can linger in the body for weeks

Yes, likely.: Unike the weight loss drug,s Qysmia or Adipex, Contrave does not contain the stimulant phenterimine, which can interact with phenylephrine (the decongestant in Tylenol (acetaminophen) Cold), so it should be safe to use, provided you do not have uncontrolled hypertension, coronary artery disease, or urinary retention. i have been on contrave for 3 days and i dont want to take it anymore . it gives me nausea and i feel like throwing  up all day. my question is how long will it take to get out of my system? i stoped taking it today and still feel the same symptoms?

: You should not worry about this labeling, a caution for much younger patients. By PDR.net: "In placebo-controlled trials with bupropion &amp; naltrexone (Contrave) (equivalent to bupropion doses of 360 mg/day) for the treatment of obesity in adults, no suicides or suicide attempts were reported in studies up to 56 weeks duration".
