Some have problems: A subset of asthmatics have Aspirin sensitive asthma.  If you have never had a problem with Aspirin or Ibuprofen making your asthma worse it is probably safe.  Aspirin sensitivity should be tested for and, if present, the usual treatment is desensitization plus daily, high dose aspirin.  See your allergist or pulmonologist for more details.

Depends: It depends on what you mean. A contraindication to what? Exercising, flying an airplane, playing a sport? And it also would depend on how bad the atherosclerosis is. If it has not narrowed arteries enough to cause symptoms, then it probably would not lead to any restrictions.

Migraine: I'm not aware that estrogens are an absolute contraindication for women who have migraine headaches uncomplicated by hypertension or vascular disease, but a neurologist would be best qualified to advise you.

Caution!: Chlorthalidone almost ALWAYS causes a low potassium which will un-do the beneficial effects of MulTaq. They're not contraindicated but you MUST have your potassium monitored and supplemented as needed to stay above 4.0!

Unlikely: Depending on the type of epilepsy, would most likely be safe for a one time treatment.

Haven't heard of it: Anything is possible so it's best to check with the pulmonary or sleep medicine doctor who started the bipap. Bipap can cause stomach bloating, so if one were to reflux acidic fluid more easily, he could get chemical pneumonitis if small amounts of the fluid got into the lungs. Maybe the outward flow of lung mucus is altered, which might decrease his ability to prevent viral/bacterial pneumonitis.
