: You need to be seen immediately as this could be very serious. If you cannot get in to see an eye doctor right away, go to the nearest emergency room today. DO not wait on this-you need to find out immediately what is causing this to prevent permanent vision loss. Please get seen right away!!! Good luck!!

Concerning: If your vision is worsening you need to see a retinal specialist as soon as possible.  Concussion can be accompanied by damage leading to subtle progressive detachment of the retina.

Many possibilities: It is hard to say based on the symptoms. It could be anything from a corneal abrasion to dry eyes to glaucoma to even temporal arteritis (depending on where the pain is exactly). I would see an ophthalmologist soon to get a more definitive answer, especially if you are having cloudy vision.

Blurry vision : If you have astigmatism in the left eye and it is not corrected with toric (astigmatism correcting) contact lenses, that may explain the blurriness.  Another possibility is that the contact lens prescription for the left eye is wrong.  See your contact lens specialist to help you figure this out.

Corneal Ischemia: Fitting contact lenses is an art, and must be done by an ophthalmologist or optometrist. Cosmetic contact lenses are potentially dangerous and may cause permanent vision loss if they cause a corneal infection. If you have a cl prescription, you can match the numbers and order online, but without a fitting you are risking blindness only for cosmesis. The scariest thing about halloween is colored cl.

20/50 blury vision in left eye, feeling swaying and a bit dizzy, could it be due to my right eye making up for my other eye? or is it due to anxiety?

Blur: the cause must be determined by seeing your ophthalmologist.I don't think either of the reasons you stated are the cause.
