Psychiatrist: Ocd can be managed by both psychotherapy and medications.  However, medications are often necessary especially if symptoms are severe.  Patients with obsessive compulsive disorder (ocd) exhibit increased metabolic activity in the cortico-basal ganglia network in the brain compared with healthy controls.  So if medications are needed, it is best to consult with a psychiatrist (md).

Fertility Evaluation: We tailor the evaluation based on your history and also based on the resources you have available to help cover the cost of testing which can be expensive. After your history it will include an exam and/or ultrasound as well as blood testing. Please bring your husband, as he will need a semen analysis and blood testing as well. Any records from prior MD's will be quite helpful to avoid duplication

The history is taken for both you and your significant other/spouse.
