Miralax (polyethylene glycol) : you can use MiraLAX, (polyethylene glycol) a fiber supplement, or any stool softener that you choose as they are all approved for use in pregnancy

Depend: unless your constipation is so bad you are turning your uterus inside out by straining and dislodging the content of your uterus there is no direct relation between hormone and constipation,my confusion is if you are taking progesterone supplement how are you going to be pregnant regardless of your constipation. Hydration 6-8 liter of fluids and adequate fibers and exercise might help ,eat fruits.

Probably dif issues : Your gastrointestinal symptoms are probably not related. Birth control can be used to regulate your bleeding.  Vaginal Discharge testing can be done to determine the cause and treatment. Your primary care doctor can address the GI symptoms

Take the test: If you want to know if you are pregnant, take a test. In today's world you do not need to wonder if you are pregnant or not based on symptoms. Pregnancy tests are available at any pharmacy and in minutes you will have your answer. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period.

Depends: If you had unprotected sex, you could be pregnant. Do a home pregnancy test. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully. If the result is negative, repeat the test in 5-6 days.

If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

I : I am so sorry that you have gone through four miscarriages.  No, straining will not cause a miscarriage, but if you are having painful periods you could use a glycerin suppository to help.  Or you can also go to a pharmacy and ask for a safe stool softener, telling the pharmacist that you are pregnant.  Good luck to you with this pregnancy.
