R U constipated: or do u have a mass in there causing this feeling of fullness?U can take a few doses of Milk of Magnesia, (magnesium hydroxide)get really cleaned out,and see if this feeling persists.If so,time to c ur Doc.

ive had dull pain in the middle left side of my back for some time. never a big issue. no blood anywhere and no other issues. had 1 beer late in evening last night, the pain today is worse and hung over like crazy. also feel constant need to poo?

: There a various causes of that type of pain. Among them are musculoskeletal &amp; kidney causes. You've never seen blood in your urine, but I recommend having a clean catch urinalysis with a microscopic examination of the urine sediment to look for red blood cells which would indicate possible urinary tract pathology. Xrays of your lumbosacral &amp; thoracic spine is a good screening test also. See yourMD

Treat the poop 1st: Constipation doesn't typically cause headaches but can lead to nausea. Constipation and headaches are often seen together in various conditions though such as fibromyalgia, chronic pain syndromes, and even those with hypermobility. Eval by PCP would be helpful in starting with management options for constipation and headaches separately. F/u with Neurologist who specializes in headaches if needed.

Try : Eating lots of fruits and veggies and drinking 8 glasses of water a day. Avoid bananas, rice, applesauce , tea, toast, and cheese as these are constipating foods. Try Natural Calm as a laxative starting with 2 teaspoons a night. The raspberry flavor is best .you can go up or down  on the amount until it is just right for you. Have you had a good medical exam to be sure nothing is wrong to cause it

Is this new or not?: The acuity (or not) of your complaint determines the urgency of your evaluation. You may have anal or rectal trauma, a large hemorrhoid or fissure causing hesitancy, pelvic floor dysfunction with altered rectal function, colonic inertia with slow transit, irritable bowel syndrome, procto-colitis (infectious, inflammatory, ischemic), extrinsic impression against gut, lots more.  Go see your doctor.

Retained feces?: Are you constipated/ retaining stool? If so drink at least 8  8 ounce glasses of water per day. Get lots of fiber and exercise regularly.

Breast or bottle: Breast fed kids can poo a little smear every feed or fill a crib with soft poo once a week. The variability in their stooling pattern is quite wide.Bottle fed kids usually get into a daily routine involving 1-2 stools a day by the end of their first week. See your pcp if this doesn't fit your situation.

No: Your stool contains a color, which is good. The consistency and the odor depends on your diet. The softness of your stool goes against constipation. All the best.

Get an exam: You need to have rectal exam and probably a colonoscopy to rule out a tumor or bleeding polyp.
