GERD: Seems like a gastro-esophageal reflux disease. May be you want to try  make your eating schedule regular, like, breakfast, lunch and dinner at the same time every day. If this does not help, then, you may want to see a doctor.

Yes: It's hard to tell what's causing the nausea. With no pain and no vomiting, it's a little far out to be having anesthesia nausea. Watch for fever and pain and see what happens before you take it up with your surgeon. You are the best judge of when it's gone too far.

Many possibilities..: A simple tummy ache with symptoms like nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea, whether at home or traveling, may be from a virus infection, bacteria infection or contaminated food. A normal person, not pregnant, not on medications, usually recovers easily. Taking a Pedialyte popsicle or 2-3 oz of Pedialyte hourly for a day, and eating little else, may settle things down. If worried, doctor should evaluate.

GERD/ Diet related: See your doctor.... Could be due to your diet..... Could be acid reflux..... Possibly not a balanced diet

Depression /anxiety: Anxiety causes the bowels to slow down leading to upset.  The emptiness can come from depression.  Talk to a counselor to see what the triggers might be and a solution to them.
