Can be: muscle contraction headaches are  common for people with anxiety disorders.  might consider cognitive Behavioral Therapy which might help the anxiety and reduce the headaches.

Full history and physical exam are indicated, as well as immediate labs to investigate your blood count, stat OB/GYN consult to perform hysteroscopy and evaluate for fibroids or other intrauterine mass. More History: I check your history page and it is blank. Are you male, female? How old are you? Do you have any medical problems? Do you have any other symptoms? When was your last physical exam? How long have the symptoms been occurring? What makes it better or worse? Have you been in an accident? Are you pregnant? Have you had a stroke? Do you take any medications? List them. Then i might have enough info.

Headaches and GAD: The anxiety can result in muscular tension in the head and neck region which could result in headaches. Many medications, and one must assume supplements, too, can cause headaches. Pain medication taken regularly can cause chronic daily headaches. Might be best to increase the lexapro (escitalopram) dose and decrease the diazepam. SSRI meds have helped migraine-type HA's. Benzo's now may be assoc with dementia.

See a physician: Most headaches are not serious. However. Headaches have many causes. See the list on the picture.  I suggest you see your physician and discuss a plan to determine the cause. Your doctor might order imaging of brain and optic nerve exam to rule out serious conditions.
