had intestinal gurgling for months, it's horrible and almost constant, today the noise comes from my rectum i think. is it a sign of cancer?

No: Gurgling sounds are a normal phenomenon. 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Infection: it could be a viral infection try resting your stomach by only intaking clear liquids for 24 hours

If..: If symptoms have been present only for a few days this can be caused by a virus most of the time. In this case drinking plenty of fluids,rest and taking over the counter antidiarrheal meds and analgesics helps with symptoms. If this has been going on for more than a week or so then it is time to get checked. Make an appointment with your doctor if this is the case.

Unrelated to sex: Sex can have no effect on intestinal sounds. They are unrelated to the sexual event, protected or unprotected (unless maybe the result of anxiety over a sexual decision you seem to regret). If this is a new partnership, and without condom protection, you probably need STD testing, but that has nothing to do with your intestinal gurgling.

Normal occurrence: In any human being, the presence of gas bubbles in the lower intestines, is normal. This eventually will exit the body by means of "passing gas" (flatus, aka "farting").  If you are having flatus more than usual, then it could be your diet or your medicines. Discuss the specifics of your case. With your doctor.

Fluid noises: "in the head" can be produced from deep / facial sinuses (ethmoid and sphenoid, frontal and maxillary), inner ear and rarely AVM's

Why?: Do you have family history or suspicious symptoms?  Talk to your family doc about it. He/she can address your concerns and refer you to the proper specialist if needed (including someone to help you deal with fear issues).  With some exceptions, GI cancer is not very common in young folks like you so live your life with awareness but without fear.

First see a GI : Doctor or colorectal surgeon for an evaluation. Then, if all is clear consider some psychological counseling to better understand your fear and determine if there is a basis for this fear.

See MD ASAP: You really need to see your doctor immediately. You are describing signs of infection and you dont want that to get worse. You will likely need treatment hopefully just with antibiotics but things can get bad so would not waste time seeing your surgeon.
