Constant headaches: Constant headaches can be a sign of lifestyle imbalances: stress, lack of sleep, too many screens, too much/little caffeine, or they may indicate something more severe. If your headaches have lasted more than 15 days, you should see a Dr who will be able to do a thorough physical/neurological exam, check your blood and do other tests to determine where the problem lies and appropriate treatment

HEADACHE: Constant headache x 3 days, unilateral,  periorbital, left temporal, occurs same time of the day can be cluster headache.  Alcohol intake triggers it.  Because it is  exdruciating,  attacks are aborted by injections of tryptans and ergotamine. Prevention is with verapamil , etc. See neurologist for more advice.

Anything: You could be having migraines, tension headaches, eye strain or sinus headaches. Sometimes dehydration, lack of sleep/poor sleep, skipping meals, stress, sleep apnea/snoring or chronic sinus allergies can cause headaches. I recommend you see a doctor.

Need more Info: Is this new, sudden or significantly worse than other headaches? If so, this should be immediately checked out. Do you have other symptoms such as nausea, neck pain, double vision, muscle weakness, difficulty talking or understanding words. Is it one-sided, throbbing. Was there any changes in your vision during or after the attack. Answer these questions to get a better answer.

Related or not?: There are lots of possibilities here, all of which can be addressed by a physical exam and appropriate testing. Migraines for example can affect both head and gut ("intestinal migraine"). Please however don't contribute to your stomach upset by taking excessive nsaid's aimed at alleviating head ache.  Get checked to rule out more esoteric pathology.

Consider: Visual sensitivity with tension headaches, sensitivity to light causing migraine events.  But you may have developed chronic daily headaches which would occur even without the computer.  These problems can be reversed, see your doc.
