Medication may help: If you eat healthy and are not overweight and exercise regularly, you may consider blood pressure medication in consultation with your doctor. The blood pressures you mention (130s to sometimes 150s) systolic should be treated in my opinion.

Overactive bladder: If you still feel like you have to constantly void despite taking medication, chat w/your prescribing doc as you may need higher dose or perhaps different drug in same class. And make sure you really have OAB and not something else.

Samantha : Docs on here don't write prescriptions here. You would have to see a doc in person whether you go to them or they make a housecall to you.
Some states do have telemedicine, but, you would have to look up and see if that is available in your state.

Stress headaches: For "constant stress headaches, " please see your physician for evaluation & help with their cause.  There are over the counter medicines like aleve, tylenol, (acetaminophen) etc that can be used; also some find peppermint herbal compresses on the forehead helpful.  Ideally, explore & deal with your stress triggers with a therapist --  no meds needed, and what you learn serves you for a lifetime!  be well.

Depends on the med: Some medications are "enclosed" in coatings that allow for delayed release of the drug; people may eliminate the "shell" of the pill, but not the drug, which has been absorbed along the line.  Check with your doc as to what meds you are taking.

What meds R U taking: In the initial stages of MS, pain is uncommon, but, as the condition deteriorates, muscles weaken, joints get unstable, posture changes and, of course, painful muscle spasms can occur.  The best thing you can do is to is to get a referral to a physical therapist who has experience in treating such conditions.  I also have MS.    Pain meds are the treatment of last resort! Doctor can examine: Most people get a headache at some time, such as from colds, infections, lack of sleep, too much driving, long hours on the computer, stress at work, etc. Over-the-counter drug options include Tylenol (acetaminophen), Motrin, Alleve, Excedrin Migraine, and their generic brands. A severe headache, recurrent headache, persistent headache, or one with other worrisome symptoms should be examined.

Cough: Based on your description it sounds like a viral syndrome or post nasal drip from an allergy. Could be COVID 19 (keep isolated) More details are needed to understand this well enough to provide treatment. I suggest seeing a doctor via telemedicine
