It depends: This depends on the laws in your state, and how physicians treating you evaluate your condition.  Just having spine surgery would not be an automatic reason for medical marijuana, no.  If you&#x27;re having pain, a spinal surgery and/or pain medicine consult might be in order.

: Not fully clear if your problems might respond to medical marijuana.  (Cannabidiol tincture might be alternative approach with lack of being "stoned".)  Migraines can be prevented, but need to see a neurologist.  Back pain could respond to physical therapy.

: Medical marijuana has to prescribed by a Physician who is licensed to prescribe medical marijuana.  In order for you to get a prescription, you first make an appointment with a Physician.  Explain to the Physician about your circumstances, and then the Physician may write you out a prescription.

Medical Marijuana: The laws in states that have legalized medical marijuana are quite specific and vary by state. No one on this site can answer your question, because an answer to this requires a thorough history and physical exam in every state, and then a determination if you meet requirements for its use. At age 20, things like migraines and anxiety should not be treated with THC. There are better alternatives.

Who knows?: This is exactly the problem with "medical" marijuana.  Doctors are not trained in the ins and outs of marijuana use.  All we can do is "recommend" it.  It's not really a prescription.  That said, smoking it may not be the safest way to consume it because of possible damage to your lungs.  Consider eating it (in cookies or other food) or using a vaporizer.  Ask specifics at your local dispensary.

up to a month: There are numerous products available on the internet, and available in some stores that are engineered to mask thc in the urine. One such product is called 'test clean.' this could be an option to consider. Check it out.

Marijuana: I see that you're in georgia, where marijuana is not legal.  "medical" marijuana would be problematic for you in that case.  If your current medications are not helping your vulvodynia, you need to tell your doctor and work towards something that provides relief.  Please discuss your ideas with your physician so that you can have a full conversation about them.

Not legitimately: No specific benefit for such a thing, and it's use would be a "reach" for nausea related to other drugs used perhaps.
