hi, the school ask me to do a conner report on my daughter  as she does not consentrate in school. never complete an asignment givien. i need a dockter to give me the forms and start the process. can you recomment a stariting point?

Contact your doc: These forms are often available through your primary physicians office or online. They are screening tools but not an answer for poor focus. Poor sleep habits, learning disabilities, nutrition, general health all play into a kids school performance. I would schedule a general checkup &amp; review this with her doc before you let a school label her ADD from a form.

i have a small white bump on my right upper  conner  eyelid  like closer to my nose .it has been their for awhile  .dosent hurt unless pressure .

Journal: keep a journal of your body temperature, 2 times daily. If you are having symtoms of chills or sensation od cold- see a physician.

Could be: Scabbing from the bite marks or the beginning of an infection. If you think it could be a spider bite it could be dead tissue from the venom. See your doctor.
