Depends: The pill and the sponge together will have less than a 3% failure rate for pregnancy but will offer no protection from std's.

It depends,,,: It depends on if your penis was in contact during withdrawal.  If the condom slipped off and your penis touched her vagina, there might be a small increased risk.  If not, there should not be any increased risk.  Keep in mind that a condom is not a 100% assurance against diseases like HIV, or even pregnancy, but this appears to be a relatively low risk.  You can see your Dr. if you"re still unsure

Get tested: Get a HIV nucleic acid test at about 6 months after the episode. Your risk is low but not zero. You may wish to get tested for other STDs as well.

Safe for what ?: Condoms when used properly can prevent pregnancy &amp; decrease the frequency of sexually transmitted diseases. Proper use requires application of a proper sized condom before any intercourse &amp; use of a new condom for any new session. The withdrawal method is unnecessary with any properly used BC method.By itself, withdrawal is worthless.

Both risky: Any activity that allows the possibility of sperm to enter your vagina puts you at risk of pregnancy, and both these scenarios do so.  Use condoms properly and do not practice the withdraw method.

Possible: It's possible that you were ovulating on the 17th, though that would be a late ovulation.  Reddish brown today is likely a sign of your oncoming period, but if you're worried, take a home pregnancy test.  The answer will be fast and accurate and then you won't have to worry.  Withdrawal, btw, prevents pregnancy about 70% of the time. Best wishes.

Withdrawal bleed: So long as you have been consistent with your pills, you're highly unlikely to ve pregnant. The mucous is formed by the progestin component of your pill and will sometimes pass with withdrawal bleeding. No harm in a pregnancy test though to make sure.
