Yes: Condoms are only effective if they prevent the semen from entering the vagina.  If he ejaculated inside you, you are at risk for becoming pregnant.  If you also take birth control pills, this risk is considerably lessened.  Emergency contraception (i.e. - Plan B) is available over the counter and can be effective at preventing pregnancy if taken within 5 days, though the sooner the better.

Can I get pregnant: Unlikely but not impossible. It depends on what you mean by 'slipping' if the condom came of and your boyfriend ejaculated inside of your vagina and if you are in the mid-cycloe of a normal period then it is possible.

If the condom did not come off and the boyfriends semen was inside the condom then is it very unlikely to lead to pregnancy.
