Not pregnancy: It takes 4-5 days after sex for a fertilized egg to implant, so these feelings you are having aren't related likely to sex or pregnancy.  More likely related to something going on in your gastrointestinal tract.  That's great you used a condom as that helps to prevent against STDs as well.  You'll likely be fine.  Drink plenty of water and get some rest and if still sick, consider clinic or doctor

: It would safer to take plan B than the risk of pregnancy, even though the risk is low. . If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD.

Normal vs common: No i would not say it was normal, that would mean everybody experienced it. Condoms do reduce the sensation and can make climaxing difficult and some males.

Not safe.: First off - you would be exposed to possible sexually transmitted diseases. Second, there could be pre-ejaculate that contains sperm.
