Possibly: If you try, you might as well line up a divorce lawyer. Establishing a pregnancy in this way would be grounds for divorce in many venues.You would be better off having family counselling & coming to an agreement. A kid needs two loving parents, not   a life based on fraud.

You can become pregnant anytime a viable sperm fertilizes a viable egg. A paternity test will determine who the father is. Use proper contraception to prevent pregnancy.

You can but...: Much less likely that you will get pregnant, but definitely can occur. The larger issue: fair to your spouse? Fair to have a child under these circumstances? Ii would think that a point so important between couples would have been discussed well before marriage.  I think a marital counselor is more important at this point!
