Question unclear: Bilateral leg swelling can have many causes.  Whether prior cellulitis in one extremity played any role is difficult to know, but was unlikely to have been responsible for both legs.  Congestive heart failure, lymphatic insufficiencies, venous insufficiency, and other systemic causes are more probable.

Must treat: This is very suspicious for Lyme. About 30% will never test positive for Lyme. You need a course of antibiotics ASAP. Lyme must be treated quickly, or else it becomes chronic and is much harder to treat.

: Unfortunately, I couldn't find any systemic disease which can cause the first three conditions at the same time. Spinal stenosis and degenerative joint disease (OA and bone spurs) are likely a separate issue. Take care.

Have it evaluated: There are several possibilities. The burning feet could be a peripheral neuropathy. Knee pain has several causes. Have these issue evaluated by a doctor.

Disc herniation: Most common cause of numbness in the leg is a disc herniation or compression of the nerves in the back.
