Serious: Left dominance means the circumflex artery supplies the major back portion of the heart rather than the right artery So occlusion of this artery compromise a large area of heart muscle that can lead to death by fatal arrhythmia or by heart failure

VA occlusion: Small. If it were occluded, beyond the occlusion it would be absent. One VA is usually larger than the other; usually the left is larger but can be the right. Why didn't you ask this question of the doctor who ordered the MRA? THAT doctor is ethically obligated to interpret test results for you, or if unable, to find someone who can. Remember: The MRA isn't the patient; YOU are.

: It is an almost normal study. Trace atherosclerotic vascular disease is commonly seen in Americans at your age. However, I still suggest a lipid panel if it has not been done yet in the previous 12 months just to make sure your numbers are in ranges.

Obstruction: Renal artery is the artery that feeds the kidney. If occluded, it is shut down. The kidney will not necessarily shut down however. It may still get its blood supply from collaterals (small branches) that bypass the blocked site. The kidney function will not be normal though!

Vascular studies: A renal artery doppler, mr angiography, IV contrast angiography, co2 angiography, ct angiography are helpful.  Older tests include ace inhibitor challenges, searching for drug mediated creatinine rise. This is not much used.

If you have abrupt  or very recent occlusion or stenosis, the artery can be dilated and stented using a wire & balloon (angioplasty). If there is chronic occlusion, the kidney has been permanently damaged and there's no benefit in doing anything further to the artery.
