Doesn't matter: The gender of the physician and patient do not have to be matched to have a quality annual exam. If pub feel more comfortable with one over another, that's ok, and you can choose your doctor accordingly. Best to keep the same doctor over the years and develop a good relationship. Physical exam: Typically eyes ears nose mouth neck lungs heart glands breasts belly arms legs, reflexes plus others as appropriate.  Skin, obviously.  If you have concerns about part of your body or about part of the exam, please do ask.

At a first visit: the doctor would review your history and medical records with you. Then they would do a complete physical exam(probably not a pelvic exam) and possibly recommend lab work and maybe an EKG. Then they should review any abnormal findings, if any, and review healthy living. If you are behind on any vaccines, they may recommend/do those. So...easy visit and important to keep up with your yearly exams!

Chaperone: a male doctor should have a female chaperone  doctors are all used to "things" like penile or vaginal lesion so try to relax  but if a female physician is available please ask

Cheapest: Take the cheapest multivitamin you can find in the corner pharmacy.  There's no reason to think the supplement will improve your health, and there's not a spit's worth of difference among them.

i told my parents i didnt want a physical this year and now i want one how do i ask to get a physical exam and at my 20 year old female check up what do i expect to and will i have to wear a gown?will i get shots and will she check my private areas?

: They may recommend some vaccinations if not up to date. No shots anymore. Some in Mi will have you gown and some will not. An exam thru clothes is a waste of money and dangerous, I would discuss with office to get more info on what they do.

Foot pain: The knee pain is probably not related to the foot pain. Foot pain sounds like metatarsalgia probably from cycling - I would suggest PT

Physical frequency: A healthy man your age is unlikely to have any findings on a routine physical exam. It is much more important to exercise regularly, eat a healthy diet and avoid smoking and excessive alcohol intake. The United States preventive services task force lists recommendations for health services. Your doctor can discuss these with you taking your family history into consideration.
