Colon cancer symptom: Symptoms are very late sigh of colon cancer. But need more detail on what you call symptoms. Blood in stool? tarry stool? obstructed GI signs. Don't wait for symptoms to Dx colon cancer. With Hx of testicular Ca I would be more worried about this. Discuss with Dr. Now.

No.: Unless a LOT of people in your family have colon cancer below age 50. There are genetic diseases that give colon cancer at a young age. If you dont have that in your family and you would know, then colon cancer is exceedingly rare below age 50. Irritable bowel however is quite common.

Depends: Early colon cancer has no symptoms. Later can develop rectal bleeding, change in bowel function with smaller loose bowel movements, and later even colon bowel blockage. Indigestion is not a common symptom of colon cancer. See a doctor for an evaluation.
