: Some sources will state that taking vitamin C will boost the effect of Collagen but they do not need to be taken together.
Pharmaceutical companies will make combined Collagen + Vitamin C  product and there are a lot of advertisements about it, just to appeal the customers.
I, myself, do not believe in these supplements.

Collagen: Collagen is a vital part of the connective tissue of the body. It's main component is of protein. Eating a healthy diet with adequate protein would be the most important thing that you can do to insure healthy healing. Recommendations  for specific micronutrients are easy to make by looking at the components of collagen or how it is made, but evidence of specific benefits would be lacking.

No.: Vitamin c is essential for collagen to form crosslinks, but if you have collagen, you already have cross links holding it together.  I cannot believe someone is giving this!

: No. If you took plan B within 72 hours of sex it will be 95% effective in preventing pregnancy.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD.

: Huh???  The amount of misinformation on this and similar sites is truly astounding.  “Just the facts, ma’am”. Collages is broken down in the stomach by gastric acid. Is never absorbed. Minoxidil does not affect your collagen level (measure it if you don’t believe (test CTX-1 at Nichols Labs)).

Some treatments for hair loss- usually not very effective. Check with a reliable physician

Glutathione: Safety in taking glutathione has not been proven in either pregnancy or active breast feeding.  Asthma has been associated with injections in some individuals.

: Not convinced that collagen does much of anything for hair restoration, and find vitamin C to be disappointing also.  Cannot see any harm in either, but don't get your hopes up.  If you can find "hair" expert, get a consult.
