Irritant dermatitis?: If you wash your arms and hands a lot, the skin gets dry. Once it gets irritated, anything you put on may hurt you. The itching and blister point more to a contact allergy. Try avoiding scented or antibacterial soap and too much washing. If problem persists, talk to doctor or a dermatologist to pin down what the culprit may be. Patch testing may be needed.

Yes and Yes: I answered this previously.  In a very small percentage of people, Abilify (aripiprazole) can cause urticarial rash.  So can exposure to cold weather.  Again, please contact your prescribing physician about your concerns.

Not likely heat rash: If your rash is occurring in cold weather, that is not likely heat rash. The term heat-rash refers to a rash occurring due to excessive heat. Eczema is often worse in cold and dry weather and so you may want to have it checked out. Without knowing what the rash looks like and its distribution on the body, it is difficult to make a diagnosis. 
So, consult doc.

Frostbite ?: What you describe is akin to genuine frostbite.  Be careful. It can happen. And appears as a red rash on cheeks, etc.  stay warm. Protect your skin

Dry skin: Here in the midwest,  the weather plays a huge role; use lots of moisturizer. Lanolin on your nipples helps.

Rash needs to be loo: You should have a doctor look at it to determine what rash it is. It could be from cold. Hope it helps.

Cold urticaria : this could be colder to urticaria. You need to discuss it with your physician but there are certain types of hives people get on exposure to cold. Your physician may refer you to an allergist to help clarify the setting.

Henoch-Schonlein?: Do you think you might have chilblains or cryoglobulinemia instead? Henoch-Schonlein is a serious business when you're an adult. If you were given this diagnosis and it's not classic, consider a second opinion. If it IS HSP, I'll bet it's a coincidence but there's many unknowns. Best wishes.

any reasons why my my thighs hurt in this cold weather?

Well,...: In cold weather, our blood vessels will constrict and that can lead to increasing arthritis symptoms with lack of the normal blood flow, etc.  Muscles are more likely to ache in the cold weather for similar reasons.  Stay warm and well "insulated" with the proper weather attire clothing, and hopefully your issues will improve.  Best wishes.
