Related or?: Symptoms in one leg may be related to the blood flow of the nerves.  It is fairly easy to evaluate these on physical exam- check the color, the pulses, the movement, and sensation to temperature, pin prick and light touch.

It's not clear how this would be related to dizziness.  Either that is something else or there is missing data.

See neurologist: You describe a peripheral neuropathy, and many characteristics are common with small fiber involvement.  A few tests should reveal answers, and in many cases, highly satisfactory outcomes can emerge.

i am experiencing a cold and wet sensation in my left calf. have also been experiencing pain in back of knee. foot bone issues as well. why the cold?

Sensations vary: If there is swelling not related to infection, it can reduce blood supply to the area and blood keeps the temp up to normal - when it's less, the area gets cooler. Massage or rubbing gently can sometimes bring blood in to warm it up. See a Dr for physical therapy referral and Rx devices if possible. Problems of this sort can influence other systems and are worth treating!

Pinched nerve: The left leg symptoms are characteristic of a pinched nerve at the groin. The coldness of the left foot most likely is a sensation subsequent to the pinched nerve rather than true coldness of the skin. Truly cold foot would be caused by blockage of the artery supplying the foot. I recommend consulting a neurologist for evaluation of your left leg symptoms.
