Blood vessel spasm: Raynaud’s is usually casued by exposure to cold temperatures (or emotional stress) that cause blood vessel spasms, usually in smaller blood vessels, such as in the fingers, toes, ears, and nose. These areas will go through color changes first white (no blood flow), then blue (no oxygen) then red (return of flow), usually with pain or burning. Other causes can be some diseases, drugs, smoking.

From the neoplasm: For example, some cancers cause syndromes that are different from the primary tumor symptoms.  Let's say small cell lung cancer can cause a low sodium level. Another syndrome is called eaton lambert syndrome which causes weakness.  Treatment can help.

You see blood cells: The blue field entoptic phenomenon occurs when one looks at a uniform blue background.  Near the central vision, one sees light dots wiz around and by, in each eye it looks different.  These white/transparent dots are white blood cells seen as they pass through the capillaries (small blood vessels) of the retina near the fovea (spot for central vision).   Not very none can see this phenomenon.

YES: STOP NOTICING IT.....seriously everyone has these "spots" in a "mild" way...but do not NOTICE them!!!! I would suggest that you use the new polaroid lenses outside!!  These may help.  Good news is ..its NOT a "serious" OPTHAMOLOGiC disorder!

Entoptic: You are seeing blood cells moving around in your vision-- this is normal and can best be observed under certain lighting situations and a clear background.  Some people see this more than others.    This does not indicated any eye disease.
