did deadlifts 2 months ago & had severe back pain 2 wk. now mild chronic pain. get sharp pain from spine across back if do deadlift, no leg pain. other weight exercise ok.can pulled muscle take +8 weeks to heal?

Possible: It's is possible if you are continuing to aggravate it with other exercises that you may be doing. However, discussing with a musculoskeletal physician is still important after two months of pain.

If the pain is : Severe then you need to see your physician to rule out a fracture.  Otherwise; you could wait and see if it gets better in a day or two with otc medication if no issues taking them.

Varies: The term "reverse cervical spine" as you put is an incomplete statement.  What we often see is a reversal of the normal cervical lordosis and that describes an x-ray finding in which the neck is straightened.Somewhat.  Either neck or back problems are among the multiple potential causes of numbness in the legs.  An MRI can be useful to further evaluate.  Thank you.

Pressure: With exertional compartment syndrome, the fluid pressure in the tissue compartments of the legs increases excessively with certain activities. This can put pressure on nerves and blood vessels, potentially causing pain and structural damage. In severe cases, it can be limb threatening. Generally, avoiding those pain-producing activities is best.

TMJ not related: Your TMJ is not related in general. If you end up with a diagnosis of fibromyalgia - strong relationship between fibromyalgia and TMJ.

L5-S1 : L5-s1 disks can cause severe sciatic leg pain.  I would recommend consultation with a spine surgeon if you have failed 3 steroid injections.  Leg pain secondary to herniated disk usually responds well to surgery.  There are many surgical options including traditional and minimally invasive surgery.  I would recommend looking for a surgeon who is experienced in endosocpic minimally invasive surgery.  Endoscopic treatment is not always an option, but it is worth exploring due to less tissue damage, quicker discharge and recovery and less post operative pain. Iliohypogastric n?: Something may be irritating the ilioinguinal, iliohypogastric, or genitofemoral nerve (an MD exam will tell). X-rays do not, in general, show spinal cord compression-only if there has been trauma. Even nerve compression "seen" on X-ray or CT/MRI is over-diagnosed &amp; often isn't the problem (surgery for impinged nerves causes more pain than it cures). Ur best bet is rehab therapy &amp; bk exercises TTYD

Hip?: Next thing to check is hip and proximal femur in you age group hip problems would be labral tear  avn or pauciarticular RA or dysplasia and early DJD  esp if you limp as well, limp spiine clear think hipsee orthopedist.
