Most common: The three vitamins/supplements most commonly mentioned from a COPD perspective are N-Acetylcysteine, vitamin D and ginseng.  The data is variable and suboptimal with all three but seems to be strongest in with NAC(which isn't saying much) and weakest with ginseng.  Hope this helps.  And remember you want to make sure that your optimize your Western medical therapy too besides vitamin supplements.
