Probably viral!: Allergic reaction is a possibility. Or it could be a viral gastroenteritis. Need to seek medical care if the child appears sick.

i have had terrible diarrhea all night (ate way too much fibre). how can i rehydrate today? replenish electrolytes? is coconut water a good way to go?

Fluids: If the diarrhea is gone you can pretty much drink anything and your fluid losses will be replenished.  The body is smart and separates the solutes (sodium, sugar, etc) from the water and conserves the water and utilizes the solutes as needed.  Coconut water may actually induce diarrhea and i would avoid it in large quantities.  If you still have diarrhea try pedialyte or gatorade.  See md if fever.

Coconut water: You should be on clear liquids for 24 hours  with gastroenteritis. Usually means clear sodas or electrolyte drinks. Could use gelatin and popsicles. Some people get diarrhea from coconut water, especially if they drink a lot of it.

No: May help recover from an infectious or antibiotic associated diarrhea though.  Most yohgurts have lots of artificial sweeteners and flavorings which make them of little benefit.  Some have actually been chastized by the fda for making unsubstantited claims.

Common signs of ovulation are cramping, back pain, vaginal discharge/mucus, spotting, breast tenderness/soreness, changing hormones, and increased body temperature.  Some women's colons are more sensitive to fluctuating hormones, and it is possible.  Use brat diet (bananas, rice, applesauce, toast) and imodium (loperamide). Unusual: Probably coincidental.  But toothache is an infection that required immediate treatment.  Don't wait, go now.

Possibly: Before colonscopy you took a prep to clean the colon, so you may be having the residual effects of that.  If it persists for more than 1 week call your provider.
