hello sir,i get two hiv 4th gen combo test cmia at 4 weeks(0.12) and 9weeks(0.14) results non reactive. in the test results accuracy? i have sore throat,mildly pain. one side headache.i take another test?its a symptom?

Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, if you are concerned about HIV infection, get a HIV nucleic acid test and if the result is negative re do the test in 6 months.

100% conclusive: The test is 100% conclusive any time 4 weeks or more after exposure, and remains positive for life after that. It is the HIV antibody clears p24 antigen from the blood. If p24 is absent in an infected person, the antibody part of the test always is positive. Your 55 day result is conclusive. Do not have any more tests.

It's complex.: The CMIA test checks for hepatitis B surface antigen,  just one of the items necessary to confirm and classify a hepatitis B infection.  Without the other results, it's not possible to be sure.   If you're concerned, bring your complete hep profile to your doctor, who can determine with a physical exam and your results if you're likely to have hepatitis B.  Good luck.

However, HIV is only one of the STDs. A condom may not protect against HPV, Herpes, LGV, syphilis, pubic lice etc. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an evaluation.
