Bandage contact: A bandage contact lens is used to help corneal abrasions heal and tp keep the patient more comfortable. If this has healed you no longer need the contact lens at night. Cloudy vision sometimes is caused by scarring or swelling of the. Corneal tissue, occasionally the contact lens clouds the vision.

Probably migraine: A one-sided headache with blurry vision is probably a type of migraine. An abnormal Humphrey Field test is concerning because there's a higher risk of a brain tumor, retinal damage or stroke affecting the vision centers of the brain. A negative test doesn't completely rule them out. It's worth seeing a doctor if these symptoms are new.

PCO: You may have posterior capsular opacification or secondary-cataract which can be lasered away to improve vision.  Other issues can cause foggy vision so see an eye doctor for further evaluation.

See an eye doctor: Vision is very precious and often sudden loss of vision is not a good sign. If it is back to normal, consider yourself lucky. I would recommend seeing your doc or an eye doc for an evaluation as soon as you can. Dizziness with blurry vision etc..Typically occurs on both sides, so your one-sided symptom is concerning.
 Consult doc asap.  Good luck.
