Many possibilities: It is hard to say based on the symptoms. It could be anything from a corneal abrasion to dry eyes to glaucoma to even temporal arteritis (depending on where the pain is exactly). I would see an ophthalmologist soon to get a more definitive answer, especially if you are having cloudy vision.

Probably dry eye: This is most common when first waking up and the blurry vision is temporary. Artificial tears over the counter will help. Make sure it does NOT contain any redness or itching reliever in it. Just a pure lubricating drop. Use this through out the day and when waking up.  Generally 3-4x/day. Dry eye is very common. If the blurry vision persists, see an eye doctor. good luck.

Many causes: Blurred vision in the morning could be normal, but there are several eye problems that can cause this.  A thorough eye exam should determine what is happening.  See an ophthalmologist for this.

Probably migraine: A one-sided headache with blurry vision is probably a type of migraine. An abnormal Humphrey Field test is concerning because there's a higher risk of a brain tumor, retinal damage or stroke affecting the vision centers of the brain. A negative test doesn't completely rule them out. It's worth seeing a doctor if these symptoms are new.

my left eye has recently developed a foggy vision. not long i visited an ophthalmologist because i was experiencing difficulties to read when i sat infront of a computer. am i going blind? can this be cured?

Vision problems : Please use glasses if your ophthalmologist suggested you to do so. Trauma to eyes or having reasons to develop cataract early in life also need to be considered. Some patients may have detachment of retina in the eye which can also present similarly. Please see ophthalmologist asap.
