See a doctor: You should really see a doctor to lessen the chance of permanent scar. I would start with topical antibiotics and steroids commonly sold in drug stores without a prescription .  But i would get in to see a doctor as soon as you can.

Topical treatment: I thought i answered this yesterday but i would recommend seeing a physician to prevent scarring. In the mean time i would treat these burns with topical antibiotic ointment  and topical 1% Hydrocortisone available over the counter  4 times a day. This treatment best works after you flush the site with water for at least 15 minutes  directly after exposure.

Minimal: Your body will tell you when too much is too much.  While some people can tolerate a lot, some people are highly sensitive and their bodies react at very low levels.  Read the warnings on the label: "do not use in small or confined areas; insure adequate ventilation, etc".  Of course extreme exposure can cause a chemical bronchitis or pneumonitis which is more serious.  So if it stings, avoid it.

Be cautious: Clorox can be toxic so it would be important to assure all of it was rinsed off of the dishes.  Not to mention, if you have infants or even small pets as well, and you put the plates on the floor for the pets, they may ingest some by accident and it could cause serious issues.  Overall, best to use the approved, safe dish detergents which are not toxic.  Happy washing.

Depends: The low level, episodic exposure to the fumes related to chlorine bleach are extremely unlikely to be of any harm during pregnancy.
