See a doctor: Without an examination it is difficult to tell.  There are many skin conditions that can effect this area too.  I would recommend follow up with your doctor. In the meantime, avoid scratching.  May try ice every 20 minutes on/off for irritation for 1st 24 hrs.  
Recommend seeing a doctor for further evaluation and testing

i have a small grain of rice sized thing under the hood of my clitoris, it starts at the top peak where the glands of the clitoris are and goes through the middle in a straight line back towards my body. no pain. is this normal anatomy? im mid 30s?

Too irritating: Avoid peroxde products in such a sensitive area!  If it is a blocked gland, try gentle massaging pressure while in a warm bath to get the gland to express.  If that doesnt work, see your gyn to discuss drainage if necessary.

You : You need to see your OB for evaluation and treatment. Any bleeding during pregnancy warrants an investigation. If your gland is blocked and infected you will need a course of antibiotics. On the other hand, the clear sores are worrisome. This could be a herpes outbreak. Regardless, you should see your doctor right away.

Best thing is to : Schedule and evaluation appointment with an oral surgeon, otolaryngologist, or your pcp.  Small salivary stones can block the "plumbing" with your glands. Other causes too. You need to seek an exam to get to the cause. Good luck!

Facial scrub: Warm soapy water. Rinse and repeat. For a natural facial scrub try blending 1 cucumber 1/4 c oats 1/8 c corn meal 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 juice of fresh lemon and 1/2 c extra virgin olive oil. As for other facial complications all part of being a kid. Try not to touch your face.

Keep compressing: warm compresses of some form are absolutely necessary to treat those clogged glands. try another form of compress and do gentle massage
also add omega 3 to your diet and stay well hydrated

i can see small white dots representing my meibomian glands but when i try to express them after a warm compress, none of the clogged oil comes out?

Don't do that: Just warm wet compresses.  Don't try to express the glands.  You won't be able to see stuff come out of them even if it does without a microscope.
