Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining the "lump". However, it may be residual tissue from the development of clitoris. You may watch and wait. If the "lump" more than doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, develops a discharge, or other lumps appear, see a doctor.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

See doctor: Thats a tough one.  Never heard of a lump on the clitorus unless you've even having a lot of sex, had some trauma and an incidental uti.  The 2 phenomenon are not directly related unless the nerves are irritated on the clitorus and causing UTI sensation without an infection.

"Clitoral lump" ?'s: A "lump" in the clitoral area about the size of the clitoris may represent a cyst, causing pain secondary to the location.  See your gyn physician to be certain of the origin and treatment which may be necessary for this "lump".

The vast majority are not cancer but simply unusual growths like fatty tumors, cysts, skin tags, moles, etc.  Most cause no symptoms and can be watched.  If they cause symptoms or change colors, bleed, bruise or hurt, then see your doctor.
