See below: Usually, when one experiences anxiety or fear, their 'sympathetic' (fight or flight response), as opposed to 'parasympathetic', part of their peripheral nervous system is stimulated. This usually causes urinary urgency, frequency, and sometimes loss of bladder control but usually causes decreased urine production by the kidney rather than increased (diuresis) as you describe. Exceptions occur.

Complex: Color of urine does not indicate hydration status. Dehydrated (too little) and water retention (too much) are kind of opposites. They can co exist in complex illnesses in the sense that water is mostly swelling and outside the blood vessels.

sitting heart at 8am is 65bpm, now at 1:30pm its 85bpm.  why?  i'm not dehydrated.  urine was clear and not thirsty.

Sounds normal : your heart rate varies through the day. Those numbers are all within normal limits. No worries here.

Depends: If your symptoms abate with hydration, it was dehydration. If the symptoms persist for more than a day, it would be prudent to see your doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Urination: Differentials here might be infection, or signs of glucose intolerance. Please see an M.D. for urine and blood work!

Frequent urination : When someone feels thirsty in spite of drinking lots of water, it would be important to screen for early diabetes or other metabolic problems that could be interfering with your body's ability to handle water and electrolytes. Usually thirst will improve with water if there are no other issues going on. I will share this with your primary doctor to get the evaluation started.

Yes: You have symptoms that deserve a full exam and imaging if needed. It is ok not to play and see your MD. Severe headache and dizziness should be looked into asap.

Headaches : Many things can cause headaches. sinuses from a cold or allergies are notorious for intractable headaches. If not clearing with over the counter meds see an MD

: Right off the bat you should try drinking more water, at least 6 or 7 cups a day.  See how that changes things, and if the problem continues see a doctor. Yes. Mild (2%) maybe: Evidenced by any of these: 
Thirst
Loss of Appetite
Fatigue or Weakness
Chills
Dry Skin
Skin Flushing
Dark Colored Urine
Dry Mouth
Head Rushes
If not corrected, symptoms multiply and worsen. It can be very damaging to let it go on. Drink at least (6-8) 8oz glasses of water a day. If this has been a problem for some time or you run a temp, see a doctor. Take care! Be well.
