After missed period: Conception, as defined by the generation of a fertilized ovum, occurs within day or so of the sex. However, it takes about two weeks for the embryo to make enough HCG to produce a positive pregnancy test. Blood test may be done a day after a missed period. Home pregnancy tests should be done 4-5 days after the missed period. If the result is negative repeat the test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Discharge : Pregnant women will have slightly more clear discharge which is odorless and causes no symptoms. Excessive discharge is not pregnancy related and requires testing for infection. It is important that vaginal infections (bacterial vaginosis is most common) get treated during pregnancy. At term the mucous plug comes out which also looks like discharge.

Not necessarily.: Possible early pregnancy sxs: no period, breast swelling ; tenderness w darkened areolas, thin, white ; milky vaginal discharge, fatigue, ^ urination frequency, constipation, bloating, heartburn, backache, cramping, headache, food cravings or aversions, ^ sense of smell, enlarged waist, faint/dizzy, mood swings, ^ gas, insomnia, gagging ; yawning. They may be positive after missed period.

MOST IMPORTANT: Thing is to make sure you have not ruptured membranes and are in preterm labor. If this has been ruled out than probably physiologic discharge.

Not pregnant: You said your pregnancy test is negative. On cycle day 42 a pregnancy test is going to be very accurate. You are not pregnant. Schedule a visit to have the abnormal vaginal discharge tested for infections. Also you can discuss options for cycle regulation

Very normal: With the increased hormones. You will see an increased discharge. Usually clear and thin.

Spotting after sex: If concern could check urine /blood HCG ( is your period late -need to be about 1 week late for tests to be positive), also could be vaginal infection, cervicitis ( check PAP) or trauma from sex F/U with doctor /urgent care

Not much : Plan b changes your hormones so a change in mucous is not surprising. Check a pregnancy test 10-14 days after using  plan b. Also get an std check since you had unprotected sex.

May be: If you has unprotected sex since your last period, you could be pregnant and may have tested too soon. Repeat the test in 4-7 days. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD.
