Concerned Yes: You need to find what caused ' clear jelly like discharge' . It could be simple colitis which will clear in few days, or  could be first the appearance of a chronic problem like ulcerative colitis. Or some thing else, see you doctor will examine and do tests  then  clear your mind from worries.

Cervical mucous: Cervical mucous secretion is the most common cause of clear odorless discharge.  This tends to increase midcycle and is an indicator of ovulation.  Some women produce more than others.  There are rare conditions that may also cause an increase in production so be sure to see your gynecologist regularly.
