You didn't mention : If your sex is protected or not. Well, it would be too early to have classic pregnancy sxs. If you miss your period, take a pregnancy test. If you have any concerns about std's get evaluated.  At your very young age- if you elect to be sexually active, you need to ensure that you protect yourself from std's ; pregnancy.

Depends....: You could have a fissure (tear in the anal canal) or an infection, especially if you have had unprotected intercourse. A fistula is a connection from the inside of the rectum to the outside and you will drain mucousy stool. You require an evaluation and a rectal examination.

If it is the  areola and not the nipple with discharge, you may have a skin infection, and i would still want you to be seen.

Mucous?: Hi. What you describe sounds like mucous. No blood in it, right? Bloody mucous could be a sign of inflammatory bowel disease, and you would need to see a gastroenterologist. Mucous can be seen if you regularly have constipation. It wouldn't hurt to get a gastroenterologist's input. That's right up their alley. Get plenty of fiber in your diet. Good luck!

If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections ;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.
