Breakthrough bleed: Breakthrough bleeding (bleeding at the wrong time)  is very common on birth control. It happens in about 1/3 of users. Its no big deal and usually self corrects over time.  If you are not satisfied or it continues to happen  then consider using a different birth control method. It is a common side effect and does not mean something is wrong or that the pill is not working.

whats wrong with me? after losing my virginity about two weeks ago i now im having clear discharge. we didnt use protection but it also was only 2 minutes so that nothing would happen?

: Clear vaginal discharge without any other associated symptoms could be normal. If you start to have symptoms such as burning with voiding, frequency, itching, foul odor discharge or discharge changes color, you need to see your doctor for ruling out STD or any common vaginitis. You and your partner need to practice safe sex for preventing STDs or unwanted pregnancy.

Unexplained bleeding: You need a thorough GYN checkup as soon as possible. It is abnormal to have continuous bleeding as you describe which may also be complicated by secondary infection.

Itching or odor?: If there is no itching or odor the discharge may be normal. It is often emitted in mid cycle to facilitate sperm passage through the cervix.

Anal discharge: Anal tissue is delicate and can be injured by through anal sex. Discharge may be a sign of local injury and/or sexually transmitted disease (STD).

Need more info: This may be a normal mucus discharge secondary to frequent intercourse. If not accompanied by pain, painful urination or other symptoms chances are that you are both OK. Remember...unprotected sex is the best way to get pregnant.

See below: This is a problem that necessitates a face-to-face meeting with your doctor.  This will allow him/her to examine you, ask specific questions. And possibly order tests to find out what's wrong and what to do to help you.

Post exam?: Did you go back for your post miscarriage check up and exam by your md? If not, this is an excellent question to be asked a that time after the md has all the facts.

Possibly herpes...: ..although more typically it causes a small ulcer(s) or open sore(s) rather than a bump. Stinging is certainly often present along with itching. Discharge +/-. HPV most often causes NO symptoms initially but may evolve into warts after a considerable amount of time. Your bumps may be vulvar cysts. The only way to know is to see you Doctor/OB/GYN for evaluation and necessary testing.

i shortened my placebo week by taking my active pill two days early to stop my bleeding, but i'm still bleeding and it should have stopped by now. what should i do? are the pills still as effective?

Still effective: If you did not stop you pills when you had the abnormal period, it should still be effective.  The abnormal period is just because the change it what your body is used to. It should correct itself next cycle.
