Itching or odor?: If there is no itching or odor the discharge may be normal. It is often emitted in mid cycle to facilitate sperm passage through the cervix.

Early for: implantation , It happens sometimes up to a week after ovulation. Vigorous working out effects the timing of the period or prevents period and does not cause discharge.

New OCP : Thick discharge is common one day before a menstrual period. If you don't get your period, give your OB a call! However, right now, it sounds like your experience is perfectly normal.

Don't Panic: Missing pills can be potentially dangerous if you have been sexually active during this period of missed pills so I would recommend the following:
a) if you have been sexually active during this period of time of missed pills and the last sexual contact was within the last 72 hours obtain the emergency contraceptive Plan B One step
b)If no sexual activity has occurred during this week start new pa

Vaginal discharge: Yes you should go back to see your Dr and get checked again. Get a pelvic exam. May be there is some inflammation or infection . Better get examined.

Could be normal: Most women produce more mucus after their menstrual cycle. The increase coincides with ovulation around day 14 give or take a few days. If the clear discharge is not smelly, itchy, discolored , or irritating don't worry. 
If other symptoms arise make an appt with your gyn.

Menstruation: Close to ovulation you might get those symptoms. Not all women ovulate on the 14th or 15th day of the cycle as thought. If your period comes every 22 days for example, you might ovulate around cycle day 10 or 11 and you might start getting those symptoms you are refering. It depends on how long your cycles are (ruling out any infections of course).

Depends on odor: Copious watery discharge without odor is normal and can occur when not ovulating, following heavy exercise or with increased sexual arousal. The presence of odor suggests bacterial vaginosis.  Need to see a doctor but is treatable with antibiotics.
