my husband has these tiny blisters that appear on the inside of his hands and fingers they just over a pin head size and have clear fluid in it. his hands are very sensitive and it's sore what could be the cause. it happened in nov and now again?

Hard to guess...: Hands and fingers eczema sometimes appears as itchy little blisters. In some people, the blisters are actually little firm bumps, but they do itch. We call that dyshidrosis or dyshidrotic eczema. Because rashes are difficult to describe in words, and even harder to visualize from words, his primary care doctor or a dermatologist can look at the blisters to help decide what they are.

Herpes Simplex I: is the most common virus causing painful vesicular lesions in the mouth.  There are a number of other viruses which are less common along with autoimmune diseases such as Bechet's syndrome which is cell mediated and not an infectious issue.  A visit to your PCP and a viral culture of a new vesicle along with a serologic workup for immune mediated diseases would be helpful.

Hsv should be treated with an oral antiviral such as acyclovir, valtrex, (valacyclovir) or famvir. Hsv is contagious and there is no cure, it can keep recurring and you are always a carrier. Canker sores are not contagious.

Have this checked out to find the exact cause as this is important for long term treatment decisions.
